Even way past check in time people were still waiting, and being told rooms were not ready at all and check back later with no compensation or adjustments to their stay. First issue with this stay was the over 1 hour wait just to check in at the front desk, in the numerous times we have been there I've never seen this go on. When we usually visit, the water park is empty( good luck I guess), the rooms are clean and ready, the staff is helpful, the caliber of people are relaxed and enjoying the amenities. This time however was a real test of the staff and how things really run at busy times. We travel often and take advantage of mid week rates and special offers with our kids etc. I will start off saying I have been to this property many times, in fact 3 times this year alone and have not had any problems or issues.
